By attending Skeleton Acres’ Haunting on the Hill event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk: Skeleton Acres is a haunted event that includes various outdoor walkthroughs and interactive experiences. While we take great care in providing a fun and safe environment, attendees understand and accept that some activities and environments may pose certain risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.

  2. Liability Waiver: Skeleton Acres, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your visit. This includes, but is not limited to, slips, trips, falls, or injuries resulting from interactions with the event's props, scenery, or attractions.

  3. Health and Safety: Attendees are encouraged to exercise caution, wear appropriate footwear, and dress comfortably for the event. If you have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the event's activities, we recommend you consult a physician prior to attending.

  4. Parental Responsibility: Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of minors at all times during the event. Children should be accompanied by an adult when participating in any of the event’s activities.

  5. Event Changes and Cancellations: Skeleton Acres reserves the right to cancel or modify the event, including its hours of operation, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other emergencies. We will make efforts to notify attendees of any changes in a timely manner.
